Great addition to the South Beach book range. Simple tasty recipes that are made from ingredients that you can easily buy in the UK. Easy to follow with each recipe listing calorific intake and suitability for each phase of the diet. Also a nice chapter on desserts including one that is permissable on phase one !!!! Well worth the purchase price - UK reader
